How can you tell if a man’s lying? His mouth is moving.

As men, we hate being accused of lying, cheating, or hiding something. But… paying the price for the ain’t shit men that came before us comes with the territory. During the dating stage, during the relationship stage, and even in marriages, women rarely trust a man FULLY.

I’m going to tell you the 100% honest truth: You shouldn’t trust us.

Men lie about money. They lie about their jobs. They lie about their past. They lie about their relationship status. They will even lie about having a child.

Over the years I’ve seen it all…

G.L., he’s too busy to cheat” …then it turns out he’s cheating with MULTIPLE women.

G.L., I met his mother, and I’ve been to his house” …turns out, her dude had a whole family across town.

G.L. He’s always with me, and I have the password to his phone” …then this same guy got another woman pregnant.

Ladies, I have over 10 years of emails that prove that no matter how smart you are, no matter how much you stalk him online and offline, and no matter how much time you spend with a man—it can all be a Jamie Foxx-level Oscar-winning PERFORMANCE.

The talking stage—doesn’t mean shit. Stop getting so open off long conversation and big promises.

The dating stage—doesn’t mean shit. Stop getting wet because a man feeds you, showers you with attention, and eats your ass.

The relationship stage—doesn’t mean shit. Stop dropping your guard as if you won, and recognize that the longer a man knows you, the easier it is to mislead you.

Age doesn’t mature a man. Love doesn’t change a man. A good woman isn’t going to stop a man. An insecure person will always find a way to self-sabotage in a way that makes zero sense. The solution isn’t to give up on love, you have to learn how to test.

Ignorance is not bliss...

How To Tell If A Man Is Lying: 6 Ways To Expose Him Fast

Below I’m going to break down real-world examples of how to expose even the best liar. I want you to keep this list at the front of your mind, whether you’re single or in a relationship, because it will save you from both heartbreak and wasted time.

#1: He Gives Too Many Details

The Lie: Every man knows that women are detectives. So how do you throw off someone who pays attention to details? How do you mindfuck a woman to the point where she CAN’T trust her intuition? Easy… he feeds you what you want to hear. Pay attention.

A liar will tell you where he was and volunteers a whole novel—the coworker's name, what she wore, why they ended up at that specific bar, what he ordered, who paid, why he left when he did. He’ll even double down with reasons why the coworker was annoying, how she kept talking about her boyfriend, or maybe point out a physical flaw or tacky outfit. All to throw you OFF the scent.

An honest man gets it moving "Me and Mike grabbed drinks with Angela after work." A lying man scripts a movie. The truth doesn’t need cover-ups… lies do.

The Test: If you like a guy, your mind will hijack you with “But he always overshares. That doesn’t mean he’s lying…” Okay, lover-girl. Then let’s test his ass to prove it. The easiest way to test a man who gave too many details is to wait 48 hours. Then ask a small routine question:

"What was the name of the bar again?" or "Did Angela invite Mike or you?" Don't say the shit like an interrogation— bring it up casually like you may want to go to that bar or as if you’re trying to gossip about Mike and Angela being a thing. Truth stays consistent because it's a memory. A story he invented requires him to remember the version he told, and small details slip.

Real-world Example: A woman posted that her boyfriend gave her a beat-by-beat account of a "boys' night," including which friend drove and which bar they ended at. She mentioned it back a week later, and he named a different friend as the driver.

Oops. In her mind, she didn’t know what to believe. Did she mishear him the first time? Should she make something small into an argument? Three weeks later, a mutual friend confirmed the girl he'd actually been with.

The Lesson: Always trust in the test! Men don’t lie that good. Guilty men over-explain. When a man tells you more than you asked for, he's not being transparent — he's building an alibi in advance. A man with nothing to hide answers your question and moves on to the next thing. A man with something to hide is still talking.

#2: He's Fake Mysterious About Where His Money Comes From

The Lie: "I do consulting." "I'm in IT." "I do logistics for a few different companies right now." Months in, you still can't name what he actually does, where he goes during the day, or who signs his checks. He redirects every specific question back into vagueness or talks about how much he makes. The hustle is, if he’s spending money on dates or love bombing you with treatment, you don’t really care. But in reality, this man could be setting you up to support him or loan him money after you fall in love.

The Test: Ask to see him at work. Don’t be weird about it or demanding — "I'd love to bring you lunch on Friday, where should I meet you?" Or, if he has his own business or works remotely, pivot to someone who needs help. “My cousin is looking for work. Do you think you can show him what you do?” A man with a real job produces an address, a floor number, a badge, a fucking LinkedIn. A man without one produces an excuse.

How long has he been working there? How did he start? Educate you on his day-to-day. All of these things are easy questions. A man who is proud of his job will show off. A man who is a hustler will break down his drop-shipping business or name-drop a big company he has as a client. Most importantly, he will have WORK ASSOCIATES he talks about. Follow?

Real-world Example: A woman dates a "finance guy" for four months. He talks numbers, wears the suits, picks up every check. She offers to drop off coffee at his office. Suddenly the office is "being renovated," then he's "between contracts," then he's "mostly remote now." She checks — the building he'd named didn't have a firm by that name on the directory. He was unemployed, living on a settlement, and would eventually ask her for rent money.

Don’t be ashamed if you’ve dealt with a “handsome bum” before. These men win because they seem heaven-sent. Finally, someone who looks good, has money, and only has eyes for you… Then the mask falls off, and you see why he was single.

He’s actually broke and saw you, the good life you’re living, and knew he could love bomb you, make you fall hard, and then use you as his sugar mama. This is why you can’t be afraid or so in love that you won't use my tests! I’ve seen too many women get played.

The Lesson: Vague careers hide something—unemployment, illegal income, a job embarrassing to his ego, or a WIFE whose name is on the payroll. A man proud of his life will show off. A man who won't let you near where he spends 40 hours a week is running game.

#3: The Phone That's Always Face-Down

The Lie: The most common trait of a lying ass man isn’t something he says, it’s something he does—The phone is always face-down on the table. It's always in his pocket, never on the counter. Notifications are off. The screen is angled away from you when he texts. If he leaves the room, the phone goes with him — even to the bathroom. He doesn’t even want you to see his lock screen. He’s never going into his phone to show you a photo. Something is definitely up.

The Test: Don't try to look at his phone — that's what liars are prepared for. Instead, you have to
