Monthly & Yearly Subscription Service: You have agreed to a monthly or yearly subscription service that can only be canceled from your account settings. You must cancel before your renewal date if you wish to opt out of this agreement. There is no grace period for forgetting to cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel BEFORE your next renewal date. Cancelations made after you have been charged shall not be honored. When cancelling a subscription, you will receive an email stating that your account has been canceled. If you do not receive this email, then you have not canceled your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Your cancellation will take effect immediately for monthly subscribers and, if yearly, at the end of your current year. You will not receive a refund (full or partial) for canceling before your current billing period ends. It is your responsibility to cancel your account following these instructions. Courses: You will be charged a one-time payment for lifetime access or a weekly charge for the course pay-as-you-go tuition package. All course details are outlined on the registration page. There is no refund for this course. All sales are final.
By adhering to these terms at this time of purchase, you are forfeiting the right to cancel this purchase, dispute this purchase, or initiate a chargeback. We have the right to litigate any chargeback fees or fraudulent refund attempts in a court of law and will use these binding terms of service as evidence. By making a purchase on this site, you are legally signing off on these terms and fully understanding that you are legally bound by all terms above.
