Breadcrumbing in dating is when a man gives you just enough attention-- texts you just enough, checks up on you with random "I miss you" or flirty compliments- to keep you open. Men today juggle multiple women, so their agenda isn't to lock you down. It's to keep you on the team as an option. You're not dumb, so that's where breadcrumbing comes in. Dudes will pour it on hard, be vulnerable, make plans, even go big on a few dates-- then crickets. They fall back, knowing that they've done enough love bombing to win you over.
A man's goal is to keep you emotionally invested without moving this relationship toward an actual commitment. Here's the crazy thing about Breadcrumbing: It doesn't feel CASUAL. It doesn't feel like a situationship or a "friends with benefits" arrangement. The way these men talk to you feels like he's in love. The way these men act around you feels like he's pressed to be with you-- but it's all GAME.

Undestand that the first six weeks of dating are ALL CAP. The most common signs you’re being breadcrumbed are hot-and-cold communication, always canceling plans at the last minute, ghosting for days or even a week, and then popping back out when you send angry texts or post something new on social media.
These men love playing mind games because basic women ALWAYS react the same way. Guys want you to get mad. They want you to try and make them jealous. They can't wait for you to post that "Back outside" caption with a picture of you dressed the best you've looked all year. But are you going out to meet someone new, or are you going out to get your mind off of him? Be HONEST.
Showing a guy that you're not waiting around for him isn't power... It's proof that this man has you in your feelings. Reacting to his sudden disinterest by being more public and sexual than normal is a clear sign that he's under your skin. The truth is, you are waiting for him. You are hoping he sees what you post, and you want him to come back and apologize so things can go back to how they were... they won't.
Never respond to breadcrumbing! Stop rewarding low-effort contact, stop cosplaying like you're a savage, and stop being passive-aggressive. You have to Spartan Up and play the game better than these clowns!
